Under New Name, The Barnes Group, Introduces Expanded Services
January 22, 2024 - With more than 20 years’ experience in staffing and human capital management, Barnes Employment Group is announcing a new name, expanded services, and a new website. The Barnes Group has grown into three divisions: Barnes Employment of Texas, Barnes Human Capital Management, and The Job Barn.
“As we continue to grow and expand our service offerings as well as our service delivery model it makes sense to simplify to a brand that’s both easily recognizable and easy to remember,” says Todd Barnes, Founder, President, and CEO of The Barnes Group.

- Barnes HCM (Human Capital Management) offers payroll processing, benefits administration, HR compliance, and workforce management solutions.
- The Job Barn provides job listings across various industries, resume-building tools, interview tips, and resources to support job seekers.
“While our brand has simplified, our entities have expanded. In addition to our employment division, which includes both Barnes Employment of Texas and The Job Barn, we’ve reignited Barnes Human Capital Management or Barnes HCM for short,” adds Barnes.
Barnes HCM is a certified partner of iSolved Network, a premiere, dynamic HCM platform. “This allows us to provide the highest level of white glove service to our clients whether their needs are payroll, HR, employee benefits, risk management or any of the myriad of responsibilities and liabilities that come with being an employer in these times.”
The primary logo is staying the same. It is indicative of Barnes personally standing behind the Barnes brand. The circle of people represents the Barnes team hand in hand with both clients and worksite employees.
In addition to the new name, and expanded services, The Barnes Group’s presence on social media is being ramped up to provide the latest industry trends and useful information where people are today on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
